I put a 2005 Polaris Supersport P85 primary clutch on my 1988 Arctic Cat Panther. I kept the Arctic Cat reverse cam secondary. What spec do I use for the clutch OFFSET ?? Do I use my Arctic Cat 1.365" offset OR do I use some other offset spec that Polaris recommends for the sled the P85 was on originally ?

I'm not an expert at alignment , but if you put on your old clutch and the fixed side of the clutch is at the same measurement from the case, as the p85 when installed.
The original cat offset should work.

I think my 2005 600 polaris secondary is just left loose with .030" play so it self aligns
