What could you recommend as the best way to keep my pipes looking like new. Every year I take them off and repaint with high heat paint, I am tired of this. Is their a better or permanent way to keep the rust off.

I've heard Woodstove paint is the answer. I did mine this Summer. I'll let you know in April. :)

Icoat my pipe with armorall a couple of times a year.Keeps it looking brand new. :thumbsup:

Ceramic coatings work wonders. I had Fireball Coatings (http://www.fireballcoatings.com) do the exhaust system on my '02 Pro X and they look great. Pipe was done at the factory and they did the manifold and canister. They also coated my IFS springs. If you plan on keeping the sled for a while look into it and see what they would charge you. Besides the protection you will also get some small weight savings and performance gains. Tell Dave & Mark that we sent you.
