CAN ANYONE RECOMEND A GOOD GEAR SETUP FOR THE BEST 0-70MPH. I LIKE INCREDIBLE LOW END BUT DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING OVER 70MPH. I'M 200LBS AND WILL BE PORTING NEXT YEAR AND DYNOPORT CLUTCH KIT NEXT YEAR. http://www.snowmobileworld.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif

I have a 97 and I dropped the top sprocket one tooth and it turned out to work very well. Great low end and mid range

Yep, throw a 25 tooth in the top.

How fast you guys can go with a 25? I'm thinking of the same thing. Ever since I change my track to a more agressive one, I can only manage 160 kph.

I had a 24 tooth top on my old 98 mxz-670 and it worked good. All else was bone stock and it pulled real good down low and top didn't suffer a lot either. It used to pull my buds ho670 up till 80 mph too http://www.snowmobileworld.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif Hope this helps ya.

I went up one tooth to a 27 with stock clutching. My buddies thought I was nuts but I got the holeshot on them every time.. lol

I saw 115mph on the speedo and 109mph on the gps with the 25 tooth sprocket. Dyno can, roller clutch. head cut, 501 rv, short boots, 127 belt
