There is going to be a state wide speed limit in NY of 55mph. I think it goes into affect Feb 1st. However, I do not know if that speed limit will include the TOW trails, because need to get a permit for them. Best thing to do is to ask the police themselves. Efven when it does come into effect, i doubt seriously that many people will follow it.
