I'm not getting full shift-out on my clutch. I did the marker trick and I`m not getting the top 3/8" of the clutch. I know the clutch was messed with before I bought the sled. I`m indicating 8100 rpms on this 96 MXZ670 and the clutch is set at "2"

I would check the spring preload in the secondary clutch, sounds like it's *tight!

dulie: Three things to check, What belt are you using, is the clutch to clutch set at 16.5 mm, and are the ramps, spring, pins, helix and preload all stock. Dino.
