Just waundering what size of stud is suggested I have a rev 600 sport with a 1" track I'll be installing 96 studs

Woody's suggests 1.075" studs. Don't forget the tunnel protector kit from Ski-Doo.

Woody's also recommends down the center section only. I know other guys have studded the outsides of track too, but doo & woody's does not recommend it.

1.075" down the middle.

I put in 144 1.117 center and outside.

Two in center and one on outside .one on outside every other window.
