??? Why should I change oil lever??? I canīt see why?? 0n the 700 the lever is longer. but it seems to have to do with cableracket.

The flats require less cable pull to wfo than the rounds. The flat slide throttle/cable setup will not pull the round slides all the way open and will not make the oil pump arm go full open.

I did some creative reengineering on my lever instead of replacing it on the 44mm's I put on the 900 ;)

You guys are correct, the 700 lever is longer. I did use the 800 lever for dyno time but I would never trail ride without changing it. I had a hard time with the lever pinching the cable at WFO, so I disconected it and ran AMSOIL RACE OIL at 100:1 instead.

GLH, I assume you put some 100;1 in the tank to supplement the oil inj with the pump arm unhooked? At what position did you secure the pump arm? I ask because this subject came up at a bench race the other night. If a 1/2 premix, 1/2 injected may be better than one or the other? and where would you wire the arm, 1/2 way?

Now I have tried both levers several times. I found out that with the 700 lever the cable pinching and with the 800 lever I canīt see any problem. I use cablesetup from a summit 700 .

Actually I used JUST 100:1. The oil that I used is meant to be used at that ration. In extreem cases I will mix it at 80:1 but for this test I just used 100:1.

My problem with the 800 lever was the pinching. Check your 800 lever to see how far it opens and what the angle is, then check it with the 700 lever to see the difference.

little extra spring to eliminate pinching.
I thought about 340mains to start with.have you any good startsetup???
