mpsrent 12-14-2002, 06:42 PM I read a post somewhere about removing the white fuel filler baffle to increase tank capacity. Apparently this baffle is to help with those who overfill their tanks and have fuel flow out the vent hose, but the baffle takes away some of the capacity. This is apparently why the actual tank size doesn''t match the specs quoted last spring. Has anyone done this? I posted that ! I fill my tank put the cap back on stand on the sled at the back and then get off remove the cap and the gas has droped down in the tank. I think this is due to the fact that the rear of the sled sits up and you get air in the rear of the tank. ??? Muskoka.doo 12-15-2002, 07:37 AM I have removed the baffle.
