i just picked up a used one and have been looking into a clutch kit. i've got one suggestion from someone on here, but am looking for more. it has the 824 cylinders. it seems like some of the kits that are available are only springs and helixes. any suggestions?

Erlandson Perf kit out of Brainerd Mn is what I would suggest. Click below on our site for a direct link.

isnt the earlandson kit just some springs and a helix? seems like you could get just the components cheaper if you knew what to get....i guess that is what i was looking for

try this.. if it' s stock. 10-62 weights, almond square spring-primary, R8 helix, silver/blue secondary spring. if it won't pull enough rpms try 10-60 weights. all polaris parts from any dealer. polish the ramps on the helix and get new buttons for the secondary. slp super slippery work well. stock polaris will work fine, but I replaced them more often. find out what is already in it . you may be able to save some cash.
