What is the secret of installing a seat cover? Do you sprinkle powder on the foam rubber so you can slide the cover around and get it good and tight?

Lay the new cover on the top side of the foam cushion then snug it uptight and staple it to the underside. I'm not 100% sure if it works better starting from one point and going around the seat or alternating side as you move down the seat.

I just finished installing one last month.

You need 1/4 inch staples. *Any longer and you may pierce through the seat cover. *I put a staple every inch.

I started with the front, then sides, and last the back. *I had to use the wifes hair dryer to get the wringles out.
