On the weekend, I set my front shocks as low as they could go, for snow drags. *Last night, I attempted to put them back to to 4, but once I got them to just over 2, they both stuck solid, just like they were out all the way. *Now it's very difficult to even screw them back down. *I know normally they will screw out to 4 and beyond. *Anyone else have this problem? *How did you fix it? * http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif

Do you have the skis on the ground or machine tipped on it's side when you are trying to adjust shock?I know it's a dumb question but it's alot easier with no pressure on the front skis when adjusting them. http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
I've got all the weight off the front end. *Old milk crates sure do come in handy!

Zog, make sure your shock bottoms are in the cup. *Mine come out all the time and you have to put them back in before adjusting.
I'm pretty sure they are, but I'll double check when I get home this evening. *Thanks.

Some JB-80 or WD-40 wont hurt on the threads either.
I gave 'em a blast of WD-40 last night. *Hopefully it will loosen them up.
