At the beginning of the season all the lights on my snowmobile were blown up.I tested the connections to see how many volts there were.It was all good.But the lights in the speedometer and tech are not working.They got power going to them but they aren't working.How would I fix this problem?

Sounds like voltage reg.

Test reg, replace if necessary, then replace all bulbs.

How would you change the bulbs in the speedometer and tech.Is it hard?The regulator works good I think they blew cause it wasn't grounded good.

I assume you meant that the one wire has power but the question is does the other wire have ground? If so it has to be the bulbs.

Its easy to change the bulbs. You should be able to pull the old bulbs out and put new ones in. Each light is separate.

More than likeky the voltage regulator spiked hi and took out all the bulbs. I have seen voltage as high as 20 volts pumping out of these things.20 volts is no match for a 12 volt bulb fillament. It may happen again,possible intermittent problem with the regulator. A bad ground will not cause the bulbs to go bad. Good luck

:withstupid: I had the same problem on my 92 Prowler, it would spike often to 27 volts.
