I received this email fom Toni Moroz of Klotz Lake Camp. Gas available?: Yes, fully certified gas station (Esso gas).

Klotz Lake Camp is off Highway 11 30 miles (50km) east from Longlac. From the Highway 631/11 junction they are 55 miles (90km) to the west.

"Kris, we've completed your survey. Glad to hear someone is trying to help these guys, considering the amount of money they pay to use the trails. In the OFSC trail maps, they have listed no gas from Mooseland to Longlac for 200kms. That's not correct. We're here and open all year. I've told them, and told them, but nobody pays any attention. My husband and I finally gave up.

Hope this is all you need. Please let me know if you have further questions."

Has anybody travelled this section

Is it groomed and does the trail follow Highway #11 via the pipeline?

I know there is gas at the corner of Hwy#11 and the Hornepayne highway.

Klotz lake would be nice.

Longlac is a happening little town!

I'd email the camp & see what they have to say. Also North of Superior Snowmobile Assoc. (NOSSA) should be able to tell you. Check www.sciencehilldrifters.com/links until clubs.
