i 'am buying a speedwerx pipe and clutch kit this week and wondering if i could keep the stock jetting in my 02 zr 800 (i all so have a speedwerx head on it too)
if not what would be safe to run with out to much playing around fromm nite to
day driving?

You will need to rejet according to speedwerx specs. There should be instructions as to how to jet with the pipes and heads. If not, call or email them with your altitude and temps. you ride in.

Make sure you get the correct jetting chart....I would go 2 sises up from what they say just to make sure. Then if its fat on fuel you can come back down...I just learned the hard way! ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ???
