I was just out on my '89 MX 462 and the damn tach just stopped working. Checked all the wires and everything seems ok, any ideas on what could be wrong??

mx-462 Does the headlight still work? If so check the fuse near the tach. If you have no lights check for a dead short or the lighting coil may have gone bad. Dino
