My brother just recently bought a 2000 sno pro. We took it out on the lake today for the first time and had problems with idling. At first it would hardly idle, then it would idle but at around 4000 rpms. Do you guys think the carbs just need adjustment ? Also what timing should he be running and what octane gas ? It will be used for trail riding, planning on leaving in a couple days so any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Not sure on the idling situation but heres some info that might help.Use 310-320 jets if at sea level,timing set at 0 & use no lower than 92 octane.Also do not keep it pinned on the lakes or it will burn down real quick.
