I guess it depends on wheter or not you have noise laws.

I have a race can on both of my MXZs and I love the sound but sometimes it is too loud. At night I have to be very careful around homes so I dont make anyone angry.

But wide open it sounds excellent!!!

Plus most/all those aftermarket cans actually slow the sled down.

hi guys, the last time that I returned to the house, the police car arrived just behind me at 2am!!! Doh!! Mbrp race can have a great sound on my 800 xc sp 2002. But sometimes i think i loose some power with that!!! I'll try a different clutching and jetting setup !!! Someone have an idee for me???

Todays last test result... XC 800 in front of everyone by 2-3 lenght... There was 2 rev 800, a rx1 montain, mzx 800, sx viper not stock, srx 700 and my XC, on a 2 miles lake i lost them!!! I start first, after 200 feets, the rev's pass me and after 500 feet i pass beside him!!! I'm the first at the end of the lake with 2-3-4 length in advance !!!

XC is a gggreat sleds!

If you are going to be on trails and around the public, forget the race can. We don't need anymore negative public pressure than we already have. They are way too loud for a long day of riding anyhow. The manufacturers, or the responsible ones anyhow are spending lots of dollars to make good power from less noise. Noise does not equal power all the time.

I have a D&D quiet can on my ZR6EFI and it sounds nice. Haven't had any run ins with the cops either. I don;t think there is a law here in On though. if there is I have never heard of it.

Little green sixer,We have enough snow to go out but need some more bad!! Although i heard on the radio the other day that the trails are open in Sundridge which is about 45 min south of here. Also a buddy at work went out 2 weeks ago to Redbridge about 20 min east from town and they had two feet of snow then and its been snowing light here for the last little bit so in redbridge they always get double we get .But dont take my word for it and plan a trip or anything its what i heard,I havent been out yet exept around the block, still having a hard time getting insurance on my Zrt 800 its a pain in the @$$ SWRules
