Default 670 summit clutch markings

Just put a new spring in the drive clutch on my 670 summit. Problem is when I lined up all 3 arrows on the clutch(one on the innner half, outer half and spring cap) the mark on the inner half is off set by about one tooth on the shaft. This is only changeable by removing the screw that hold on the rubber damper cap and I know it wasnt changed or taken apart. Does this make sense to anyone? Will this throw my clutch out of balance being out that little bit?

this is normal(far as I know)...mine(95fSS670) is same way...usually when you put the governor cup on the spline...you have to go 1 tooth....one side or the other of the mark to get it to go down on spline.
