Im new to this and I have a 02 Indy 500 its bored out to a 507cc instead of the stock 488cc. I wanna get a pipe for it but I cant find any. I was wondering sense the Y pipes on them are pretty much similar to a xc 600 or xc 500 cant I take the exhaust off one of those and buy a mrp silencer can for it? thanks
I'd give it a try.. just measure and compare a couple pionts along bolth to see if they are close to the same diameter.
you could also cut the baffles out of your stock exhaust to make it louder. ( I haven't done it but I've heard it works)
