have you tryed to unplug the key switch? could be your problem

Yeah ive checked the whole electrical system ordered a new efi ecu hoping it solves the problem

Well it wasnt the ecu turned out it was the acs which polaris no longer makes so i had to wire around it and install a switch to cut the power to the ecu... finally time to get riding!!!
