Anbody else into vintage mini bikes?
Picked up a second one this past weekend,,it's a 1974 Kits by Heald,,never heard of it but it is kind of cool,,,hope this doesn't turn into a vintage thing like the sleds. They are a lot smaller and easier to store. Just got it running Sat. night now doing some clean up on it. Who else has some of these or am I turning into a hoarder?

Mini Bikes
Yes, I do mess around with them from time to time.
I'm really into Cushmans, Tote Gotes, Tule Troopers, etc; but if a mini bike crosses my path I like them too. It depends who you talk to, sometimes the Cushmans and such can mix with mini bikes at some shows, though not a true mini bike.
I do have a Quarterhorse mini with the original MC-9 "McCulloch" engine.
I just had a computer failure; and lost some or most pics; but I may have a pic of it.
What model of Heald do you have?
And you are not a hoarder yet, some of those guys have a garage full of machines.

So It is probably a VT-7, 7 horsepower
Is the frame blue?
What does the rear tire look like? Thread wise
Anyway, that is one of the best minibikes ever made
