What are the differences between the MXZ and the MXZX in the 440? Look? Design? Parts?

they only make the mxzx in the 440
differences to a normal sled are.

6" bar risers
2" paddle track
high compression domes (requires exspensive race fuel)
you must pre mix your fuel 33:1(no oil pumps)
5 gallon tank(2.5 gallon tanks on artic-cats)
limited heat exchangers to save weight( no long distant riding.
pre heat buttons.(different engine mapping)
headlights that never really work.
rebuildable shocks. with clickers
after market clutches v.s stock
awesome bremo brakes with stainless braided brake lines.
usally run with no track idler wheels prefrence only
usally take the front sway bars off prefrence only
vforce reeds are stock
these are just the things that come to mind, but im sure there are other thing as well.

Not really, that'd be an X package sled

A mxzx is a race sled.
Take a Monte Carlo for example. A base Monte would be like a base
MXZ

A Monte Carlo SSwould be like a mxz with X package

A nascar monte carlo, which doesn't have much in common with the other model at all, is like the MXZX..It has much more power, and is designed for one purpose.

If we're talking about 440's here, I don't think you could ever get a MXZ x package 440, only the MXZX race sled, which has almost twice the hp, less weight, and suspension ready for jumping among other things..

Many people who have x-package sleds will call them MXZX's, which is incorrect.
