Hi, I'm new to this site, have read most of the postings in here, and love a challenge! Yes, I'm probably your worst nightmare in here because I own and ride/race a highly modified 97 SX 700 tripple. I still like Bomber's though, they'd be my next choice if Yamaha went under.

SXman - greater chance of it happening the other way around (Yamaha is in wayyyyyyy better shape than Bombi). Their new man at the top (Paul T.) has a big undertaking in front of him.

I rode a red 97 sx 700 just like yours for a entire day when my 97 mach got shmucked. I can say that the yammi was so much better in the trails than my mach it wasnt even funny. No comparison, but on the lake well thats another story.
