Anyone planning on heading down to Anchor Bay this weekend? I was there last weekend with my sled and the ice was 7-8". Been pretty cold so far this week so hopefully its even thicker. We plan on heading down Sunday to do some racing. Hoping to see others from this site down there also. For those of you not familiar where it is: I-94 to exit 258(Richmond exit), go west (about 1 block) to stop sign. Turn left(south) at stop sign, this is Palms Road. Follow this til it ends at the lake-about 20 or so miles. Turn right on M-29 and the DNR site is one block away on right side. Years past have been very busy down there on weekends with some excellent racing. This year so far hasnt been same due to the crappy weather. Hopefully things will *pick up now.
