What do you think of the new 800 R and the Pro X 2 models? I am not real big on the color for the 800 R but than can be changed easily but otherwise it is one sweet sled! That is exactly what I wanted for a sled last year but couldn't afford to get a new race sled and trail sled so I am probably going to order on this year. What do you think they will be going for?? I also will probably use it as an open sled in snocross as it is the '03 racer with an 800 motor in it but I will do some "tweaking" to it also. I can't just ride a sled like everyone else has. How about the X 2 versions? Wife has an '00 XC 440 sp racer and loves the thing and I thought I would never get her to give it up but as soon as she saw the pictures of the X2 she has changed her story. I also have tossed around the idea of getting a Pro X 550 fan for racing the fan class as this sled will have a big advantage over the Cats as they are only 440's.

All in all my opinion on the '04 sleds is good job. Can't wait until the snow show. I wish there was something slightly tricker but I have been riding the Pro X race sleds for the last 3 years and they are a blast. My '02 440 was going to be my trail sled after this year but I don't think so now with the 800 R available.

I am already looking forward to trail riding next year! I haven't trail rode more than maybe 300 miles in the last three years because of racing but I am planning on backing off the racing and enjoying the sport more, that is if mother nature helps us out!
