when i got a new clutch installed in my sled a 96 440ss i couldnt reach top speed.
but i can feel that it pulls harder, aslo its making a deep hum im not to sure about it now ,could it be that i need a different belt ? or what?
i would really apreciate the help

Well first off did you get a new primary or secondary clutch. My guess is that maybe they did not install the correct spring and weights in the primary clutch. But a worn belt could also be the cause. Along with belt deflection, and center distance, etc. Let us know which clutch might help alittle.
