Hey anyone out there with a 03 Rev try and change the winshield yet ?? I got a 03 rev sport and i got a yellow chrome windshield but sportech it looks sweet but i am having a hard time getting it all together .. I am probably confusing u people already but its hard to explain but if u have a rev please take a look at your and see if u can help me out Ok here we go I got the middle section attached to the handgardes because the windshield is 2 seperate pieces and I got the first 4 plugs or darts what ever they are called well i got them connected to the handgardes but that still leaves me with the last 2 on each side and I am finding it really hard to get my fingers in there to connect them ..... ahhh If your still with me the plugs for the windhshield are 2 pieces the plastic dart and some sort or metal washer that connects from the inside of the handgaurdes i am finding that the dart is not long enough but its the right size cause i went to the dealer and bought all new ones ..So I probably did not make any sense but if i own a Rev u might have maybe understood me somewhat well if u have a rev take a look at the last 2 Darts going up the side closest to your handgardes i just need those to in on each side and all will be good

Have you taken the shield off to do this, it might make it easier to access all the darts.

I don't think you took your sheild off either, also use a small socket to install the clips, push them on with it

if your talking about these 4 little plugs. i'm not kidding about this i just had one off my 04 about 2 hours ago, put vaseline on both the plugs and sockets. push the bottom 2 on first then the top. it actulally works pretty slick
