Yes the Pro's wussed out shame on the WSA! we bought a 2 day pit pass for four for $120! Talked to some racers and they wanted to go but the big guns didn't want to chance it! The wind and snow was too bad, Hey boys its snox not knitting! Well I tell you what it was worse on Saturday for the sport and jr. riders and there were plenty of fans! Maybee the WSA gods figured there would be a low turnout! Can we say Money?? We spent thousands of dollars this year on snox racing in the Michigan region and we raced in towns with no snow! And these guys cry about the snow and cold! Oh yea and don't forget that team Arctic rented the track Sunday after they cancelled the race to practice!!! skidoo will rent it Monday!!! Its all about $$$, Oh yea and one more thing the WSA announcers suck they sound like a fm radio morning crew! No excitment in there voice and did not take 10 minutes to learn any of the sport or jr. drivers names! The WSA national crew was a huge dissapointment all the way around!!!!!!! *

I would have to agree that the announcers where lame! *A number of times they said "Whoever that was with number XXX got second" etc....

We only stayed for saturday. *In my opinion, having to walk though ankle deep mud, park in a foot of mud, sit in the rain and listen to those announcers, I think $20 entry was a bit steep!

however, we did get to hear the new rx-1 startup, *that was pretty cool!

Ditto on Jackpinesavage comment. *The WSA is all about the $$$. *They showed their true color on Sunday.

Thumbs up

I am glad at least someone agreed with me a little about the WSA! *We drove 3 hours then we had to pay $20 Plus $10 for pit pass! It was still fun to watch the local msxra guys compete against some other racers I think those guys held there own pretty good!

I also liked what I herd when that rx1 started sounds cool! I seen the guy riding it through the pits Sunday! *

Total cost for a weekend of watching WSA $75 in gas $80 for a room, 4 tickets with pit passes $120 food for 2 days $125 had to run to normans for dry socks and boots for 2 people $60, one wsa hat $25, one stud boy pullover sweater $30 *for a total cost of $515 for a family of four!!

Outch! *515 bucks could have been a set of pipes and a new head! Plus a six pack to drink while putting it together! *Possibly 8 hp gain at least!!!! *
