Picked up my 04' Rev 600HO SDI Fri. Had them put on a 1.25" track. Dealer assumed I would not be studding it and didn't install the bulkhead protectors. Told dealer I was and he replied that they are necessary, and backordered to boot! Then the mechanic who9 changed the track walked by and said it probably wasn't necessary to have the bulkhead protectors. Anyone want to give their 2 cents on this issue?

I picked up my '04 Adreneline a month ago and it only has a 1" track. I put 144 Woody's 1.325 Megabytes in it so I had to take my suspension and drive axle out and put in the bulkhead protectors. My dealer told me that these protectors came installed on any sled ordered with a 1 1/4" track. He said that they need to be on there with that tall 1 1/4" lug.
Check with another dealer and see what he tells you. My protectors are factory Ski doo and they cost me 10$ but take time to install.
