We're thinking about heading to Hurley this weekend to check out the Red Light Rally. Wondering if it's worth the drive, if we should take the sleds, etc.

Yes you could bring the sleds but better have a really good lock and cable , they lose alot of sleds over the weekend. You are going to have a lot of fun,it's a great time

put it this way, there is probably one car to 5 sleds in downtown area for this event but if you plan on tipping a few be careful as the johny wardens also have fun during this event.
by the way there is lots and lots of snow up there right now,you won't run out of it .

Just don't tip any when you are riding. DON'T do it, think about the others on the trail and thier families! Drink when you are done riding.

-AWESOME- is all I have to say. I have done this event before and it was a blast. Meet tons of cool people and got tons of good riding in. Don't think I am going to make it up this year. Really wish I could w00t

I won't be able to make it now
We're going to head out next Friday instead. Or maybe Iron River, if they have snow then.

I hear you on locking your sleds up. I was up there last season and got my spark plugs ripped off out of my engine bay. Glad they didn't check the rear tool box. I had a box of them back there. I got up in the morning tried to start my sled and come to find out there were no spark plugs in it. I was a little
