My brother has a 1990 500 and needs major crank work and i also am looking for some shop that does good work and is not expensive. *Fast sell rebuild cranks for $490 plus your core. Canadian funds.

You could try Atelier Adrien Bernard, located in Quebec. I checked on there site and a rebuilt crank for your 500, is $379.81 Can. with your crank as a core. I'm purchasing a rebuilt crank for my 700 Mach1 from them next week.

Hope this helps !
