:slick: well this 79 440 moto-ski futura i have works good when cold but when it gets warmed right up it just like wants too bog and not rev right up ????????? have changed primary spring+bushing ,secondary spring + 3 black rubber tabs, compression when cold is like 135-140 if iam doing it right ?????? so anyone with any HELP would be great!

if you choke possible sticking,,,,giving you a rich condition when your warming up,,,,,whats your plugs look like???

:slick: i thick i might have figured it out c clip on needle was on second from bottom so i move it up too top notch seems to be a lot better and plugs are a blacky brown is that alright ?? but i think the carb might need a kit ??

thats a big jump and will affect everything from idle to top end,,,,,if your only having a problem with idle, it could be a plugged pilot jet,,,, I dont disagree with the kit though,,,,

:slick: i have had any problem with idol IT has been like low to mid range was realy boggy before after warmed right up now that i have moved the clip up its alot better but it still has a little mid range hesatate but not bad like it was ?? i think i am going to replace needle and needle jet

I just dont want to see you lean it out in midrange too much and end up melting her down,,,,

Had the same sled and the same problem many years ago. Seems some critter made a nest in the exaust and once cleaned problem solved. Good luck!!
