First of all start with jetting see how the pistions and spark plugs are buring a nice card bord color is what u are after then start with the clutching try 10m5 polaris weight's 49.5 grams with a polaris gold primary spring use a gold secondary spring with a 40/36 progrresive helix and leave the stock gearing for trail driving that's a very good trail set up and if u want a race set up just email me at rob_md18@hotmail.com and then start playing around with you'r supeson for good handling happy sledden and for the record if u put good gas and lot's of oil to her you'll never burn that engine out my friend has a 1996 indy 500 with 11000+ miles on it and he's ruff on it and it still runs great.

I don't think there's a more dependable motor than that one. Unless of course you
tweak the jetting lean.

You should give Chopper City Sports a try. They have a cluth kit that will make her rip. They have all the info you need for whatever set up you want for that fuji engine. CCS is owned by Marv Jorgensen the guy who has JAWS the world record speed holder. He knows how to go fast.
