In most / all cases the use of an aftermarket can does not require changes to your clutching and or jetting. However, in the case of my 800 ZR I did have to get use to the drop it H/P and torque. No kidding, it turned into a pooch but picked right up when I reinstalled the stocker.

Check with the can mfg. most state that clutching and jetting remains the same. However, I'm not kidding about the immediate power loss on my sled with an aftermarket can. I could beat my buds MXZ-800 with my stock exhaust but he killed me when I was running the aftermarket one. Sled picked right back up with the stocker back on. The only increases you'll see from it is in both noise and mental H/P.......nothing else.
