Here is a problem. Any aftermarket beter parts that I could use opposed to factory parts since I have to change to whole back end anyway?

Under the hood snow and ice. This is a big pain in the ### because the only way to get rid of the ice is to bring the sled to the car wash everytime after powder riding. Any suggestions.

if your riding in that much powder I doubt you will have any kind of cooling problem so if were me I'd duct tape the front vents close.tape outside the hood and take gummy residue off with brake cleaner (won't hurt the paint)

To change that bearing, you have to remove the entire suspension ...its only 6 bolts and a bit of wrestling....i had a problem with that middle bearing myself, it's slightly larger than every other bearing on the sled....we had quite the discussion on it here....the wheel looks alright ( i think) you just need a new bearing....it wouldn't be a bad idea to put new bearings in all the wheels...i got a 10 pack from royal distributing for 30 bucks...as for the snow under the hood...how are the ski boots? if they are ripped or torn thats where your problem is...i had to change one of them myself this year....

Hey Russ thanks for the link. My too favorite tools are a ballpeen hammer and a flat screwdriver. I would of screwed up the axle and probably more of the machine because of that centre bearing. I'll buy the kit from Royal tonight.
