I just wondered if there was any rumors out yet if Yamaha was going to try and put there 600 Bike motor into a sled yet ?

I've heard rumors of a 750 4-stroke and a 850 4-stroke, nothing baout the 600, though it's a good engine on the R-6.

R-6 is a great engine......only probleme is it makes its horspower at a very high RPM close to 15000...... w00t

15000 RPM? Man that must be some job of balancing. Personally would love to see something in the 600 range that is affordable with the Yamaha quality behind it.
Hope they could tack on EFI as well.
