Guys
Have noticed a huge difference in the resale prices of 03 RX1's. Seen them from $9800 cdn to $7200cdn, basically equipped the same, perhaps only reverse the difference. Were there specific models that were significantly higher originally?
Seen dealers advertising non-currents for the same price as used ones? Am I missing something here?

I've noticed this to. I have a freind looking to sell his and he fiugured he could ask around $9500 Canadian. He was at a dealership the other day and found a new 2004 RX 1 with a 3 year warrenty plus no payments 'till 05 for $10,000 even. Needless to say it makes me think his 03 aint worth as much as he thought.

Yeah Rob, I'm confused. Saw one dealers ad that listed a new non-current 03 for $9499, and at the bottom of the ad he had a used 03 with 3000 miles and was asking $9500. What the ?????? The non-current even include freight and PDI?
Makes no sense.

that free interest has to affect the price of a used sled. think about it no interest for a year at 8%, huge. so that is what kicks the used price.
i was looking at 2 used 2003 RX-1's with ER, one is $9800.00 and the other is $6900.00.

Wow Paul, that is huge. I wonder if the stronger Canadian dollar is affecting things?

I was suprosed to see my dealer advertising an end of season closeout, new 04 RX-1 LE for $6999 (USD) a grand less than I paid for mine a year ago. He's clearing out all his yammies and Polarii (Is that plural for Polaris?), so he can get the boats and bikes in.
He has a butt load of leftover Poos, a couple Yamahas and a bunch of used sleds.

Sorry I just spoke to him today and it was $10, 450 in Canadianfunds. That was for a 2004 black RX 1 with reverse. 3 year warrenty and no payments 'till 05.

Thats still a heck of a deal. Most of the non-currents are close to that price, and a three year warranty is pretty impressive. Guess they believe in their 4 stroke.
I got a notice from Doo that my one year warranty was almost up on the 02 Legend, and they wanted $1000 for another two years. Not gonna happen.
