WOW!!! That's an awesome sled. I bet those stickers on the tunnel add at least another 25 / 35 HP / MPH.

I started out on a 1972 version of that. Bought it for $250 just to see if I would get any use out of another toy. I was long haul trucking at the time and rarely got to play on my boat back then. After convincing myself that sledding was something I had time for, I bought a 85 Formula SP. (The ones with the outboard rear shocks) After everyone else coming over to ride my new sled and me still riding that old Elan, I decided it was time to move it out of the corral. I sold it for the $250 I paid for it. Mine didn't have those high speed stickers though.

Thanks for the memories Kris.

Fridgee, is that the short-bus that DPaige rides to work in? That's sweet.

Jeff

I'm getting it ready for the nephew to use in the folks' yard next winter. Squirted some gas in the carb & it started first pull. Took a couple more squirts to keep it running on its own.

That was My first sled, but before I had it, I rode my mother's old '71 300 Oly or her '79 Citation 300.

I figured after someone asked the other day about the '05 440, I'd post a pic to see the reaction

it seems that all those little terds from Ariens to Yamaha were the most memorable reliable sleds in all of our lives.
