We were supposed to get 2-4 inches yesterday-turns out there's about 10-12 inches on the ground and the forecast is for snow today tomorrow and Friday, then rain (yuk) on Saturday and snow on Sunday............

Soon as my boss looks the other way, I'm gone........

Did 54 miles and dinner last night. Found out my RX-1 can swim. Cleaning will be fun once all the ice melts off her. I left around 4:30 with my littlest one (9 years old-the Pirate in my SW garage picture) and we broke trail everywhere-got to see where the Damn quads have ridden down the majority of our trail signs, though the powder was great.

Dropped her off and went to dinner with some friends-had to cross a swampy area and at one part a creek-a couple feet deep, we found an area with lots of hummocks/grass sticking up and crossed there, when we came back, well, lots of people found our shortcut, which by then was just a creek with no other way to pass. Interesting to see that brown water rolling up your hood.........still it was better than not being on the sled!!!!

Stopped snowing an hour or so ago. We are supposed to get more tomorrow. Hope the Saturdya forecast changes.......
