It is alway terrible reading these reports....prayers to all involved and his family. It sure makes you thinks doesn't it...that is 2 accidents reported today alone!!! I'd like to hear more of the story...it said they hit head on but were riding together? Sounds strange but I've seen it happen first hand. Anybody know more?

I hate hearing fatal sledding accidents.It sure does make you think about the dangers involed in sledding. Safe and fun riding for everyone out there.

I also saw in the Monday edition of the National Post that a couple of sledders out of a group of sledders were killed in an avalanche near Revelstoke BC over the weekend.

04renx, The story that i have heard the most was that they were playing on the ski hill with there headlights out so they wouldnt get caught. Apparently they were playing on some jumps and they collided(sp). This is the story that kept turning up on the trails on Sunday.

i heard the same thing. a courier was just in and he ski's there all the time, and was told they they were at scott's fathers camp in back of the ski hill when they went to play. i guess scott took a ski under the chin when is buddy ramped one of the hills.
