I just aquired an '89 Ovation in awesome shape as a trade for a job I did. It needs hyfax and clips for the track. Does anyone have any knowledge for me about these sleds?

not a bad sled at all,,, I would put a hose clamp on the handlebar behind the throttle to back the power down a bit,,, kind of your own personal govenor,,,,
she will enjoy her new sled,,,, congrats!!!

great little trail sled when they're running, even hauling my rather large posterior around. we've had some carb issues and plug fouling probs but a new coil seems to have fixed that problem.

Only real issue I have is that the snowflap doesn't work worth a darn, 5 minute ride and your back is covered in snow.

I have a95 & its taking a beaten But did also have plugs fouling on me, better oil has helped.Had the clips done last year, new studs & woodys trailblazers wear bars helped the handling.I put the newer yamaha snow flap on mine need to drill new holes is all ,works good .There great on gas but hard on backs in moguls.
