Nothing broken on left side of suspension? Something let go on this side causing excessive pressure on left side or holding right side up?

I had that problem on the RMK, it turns out the left side of the track was a touch tighter than the right, i fixed it and now she's fine. Your suspension or tunnel could be bent to where your left side is lower than the right. This ones a stretch, but if you ride the edge of the trail on the right, you'd be getting more powder in the track on that side so the right side is keeping cooler. Make sure your idler wheels are in good shape too.

your track has a 5 inch gap between the track and the slide rails??? I have heard of loose but wow,,,, if this is the case, if you tighten that up some, you will get some of that speed your looking for,,,, you should have LOTS of ratcheting if its really that loose,,,,

i have the anti ratchet drivers and it don't ratchet so i dunno i took a comp. test on it its down to 120 lbs. hot . i poured some oil in it and it came up to 165lbs. so i think thats part of the problem, when i got it it was runing at 180 lbs. what fuel should i run with that high comp. i been runing 91 oct gas but i have ru av gas and it ran alot smoother would the lower octain wear it out faster?

Mike, in another post he was saying this sled would only do 90 to end and very sluggish low end,,,, thats why I brought it up,,,, with 5 inches of free hanging track, your gonna ratchet and you will loose some of your speed,,,,, he also stated that his sled was around 170 hp with the mods he has on it,,,,, so with that much power, he is evidently slipping his anti-ratchet drivers,,,,,

something definetly isnt right,,,,

For whatever it's worth, my XCR8 with 136" Edge conversion is running 4" sag, easily. No hint of driver slippage, using std. drivers. I'm wondering about a bent/damaged track clip. See any hifax shavings laying/hanging around?
