its not exact but im bettin between 25-35HP And maby 15lbs of torque

for bolt torque type "bolt torque" into a search engine and there will be the sizes displayed along with suggested torque ratings.

Is the 247 Type a single or twin? The 250 cc single was always rated @ 12 HP. I'm not sure what the twins were rated.

Rotax 247 torque specs:

Flywheel nut 63 ft.-lbs.
Cylinder head 16 ft.-lbs.
Crankcase 16 ft.-lbs.
Decompressor (if equipped) 10 ft.-lbs.
Engine mounts 28 ft.-lbs.

12 hp. with HR Tillotson carb.

Point gap .014-.018 inch
