Thumbs up

Just started to pull down one of the sled foor a good look over. I noticed one of the rave diaphrams was leeking a little so I pulled the whole rave. There are some lite scratches and there are a few "cracks".
Do the folling pictures look normal or should it be replaced?

Picture just looks like a casting flaw not a crack, but it might just be the way I am looking at it. My old 97 Mach-1 I never saw any scratches on the valves, but they used to get much dirtier than my current MXZ-700.

How many miles total on the sled and how long since you last cleaned the valves?

Replace them, they should clean up looking brand new. Especially because they were leaking I would be cautious and replace them. Good luck

Are those scrathces in the metal of the valve or in the carbon on the valve? Mine are usually coated in a layer of black carbon every 1000 miles.

Looks normal to me, they always mark up some. Lines look like casting marks.

Casting marks for sure.
Something got caught in their at one time or another, nothing to worry about as far as the valve itself. The scratches wont hurt performance at all.
RUN IT...........
