If it is a longer run I pick the pantera in a short run It would be the zr 500 or 600 *the 700 will be with the fanns sucking snow dust.

From what I understood the 700 didn't have enough power to get out of it's own way.

I dont know how you can think that the 800 twin will beat the 700 twin. If you are talking about a pantera it def. does not have the top speed that a ZR 700 could achieve. They are two completely different machines. the pantera is not designed to run lakes. That 140 HP? is designed to pull you and your hefty woman towing your 3 kids in a ski-bob across a lake. If i took a pantera 800 and raced it against a ZR800 who would win? the ZR by a long shot. thats because the ZR is designed to go go go and pantera is designed for comfort and torque. I just dont buy it so if someone actually races these sleds I would love to see the results because I would put money on the 700

My O2 Zr 800 with reeds, power breather, gutted airbox, timing advancement, 62/52 helix, milled heads, 192 picks, R/T canister. *This is the fastest of the bunch. *Awsome trail setup. *Bumps or not the sled can go just as fast with the coupled suspension.

Hey ArTeecat just a question on your last post. What do you mean by a timing advancement? Is that the timing key you are talking about? What does that do?

I have a 00ZR600EFI I recently put in a D&D clutch kit, pipe and chip and can, and 120 picks On my first ride there was a big change from stock, but the clutch still has that hesitation at bottom end. What can I do to fix that?

How can you even compare half of these sleds the 570's don't stand a chance, and I would have to take the 800 out then I would take the 700, but I would take my 1999 zl 500 over all.
