Thumbs down

Just got back from 2 hours of fishing in a small river closeby, and we didn't catch a single thing... Might have something to do with our timing, going pre-season and from 12PM - 2AM, but I still think they should do a bit more than just taste our food, and actually get attached to our lines instead.
We would've stayed out longer if it weren't so #### cold... it was 25 degrees (celcius that is) during the day, and now it's almost freezing...

This really shouldn't continue.. We've been out 3 times so far this year, first time we had 3, 2nd time we had 1, and now we have 0... So next time we're gonna have to bring our own fish and put it in the river or something, to achieve a negative score
But we decided to go on a more normal time next time, see if that does any good.

They've been hitten the bait just fine in Indiana. *We have three large ponds on the grounds were I work, so during lunch we usually pull in a dozen largemouths. *Occasionally we hook into a 5 - 8 pounder. *We throw'em all back. *Not too bad for lunch, eh?!

I'm leaving at 7;00am tomorrow morning for a fly-in fishing weekend with 8 other guys from work. It's my 7th trip and some of the guys have been going for 28 years on this trip. Fishing has been great every time. We go to one of six fly in lakes in Manitoba. I even caught a master angler whitefish one year and if I remember correctly there have been 9 masters caught within the group. This is almost as exciting as going for sledding weekend (almost).
