I would buy the victory v-92sc instead of the yammy or honda.take one for a ride and you'll see why,one of the nicest riding bikes I have ever rode.the nicest being the v-92c.I know a dealer here that has a couple left over models for around 9,000 u.s.I know zmachman would agree with me he has 2 of the victorys.I have ridin the honda and do not like the rev limiter on it seems to hit it to fast.

I was in Grand Rapids yesterday and stopped by Shawmut Hills to look at both bikes. After waiting 45 min in the showroom (I guess you need a wad of $100's sticking out of your pocket to garnish the attention of the salespeople) I asked allot of questions. Of course they would not let me test ride the Warrior (@#$*@$^) but several things were pointed out to me that the Honda has that the Yamaha didin't.
The Honda has a hydraulic clutch (smooth with very light pull), shaft drive, (warrior has belt), linked braking (pushing down on the rear brakes applies some pressure to the front brakes), adn liquid cooled vs. the Yamaha air cooled.
Looking at both bikes side by side the VTX makes the Warrior look like a kids bike. The Honda is just dominating sitting next to it.
I have made up my mind to go after the VTX, now just for that danged ol' money stuff.....
