I installed a 2001 Mxz-x front and rear suspension on my CK3 Formula III 800, now that I converted it to 01 Mach Z specs and got everything running right.. The problem I am having is getting the track to hook up.. It seems to be to light on the rear end when I take off and just spins the track.. Can anyone give me info on how to setup the front Piggy Backs and the rear SC10-II to better hook up the track? Or atleast give me the procedure out of the shop manual?
Limiter strap settings?
Front Clicker number?
Spring tension in rear?
Loosen the bolts on the rear 2 rubber stops (for the coupling stuff) and flip the stops backwards, and snug the bolts down. Turn the wide end of the coupling block down and crank the rear springs one notch firmer. That wont effect your ride quality much, but will help a lot on traction. Course it'll want to carry the skis coming off the corners.
You can also drop the limiter straps a hole or 2, but that will start to hurt the ride.

For the best ride, the rear suspention should be set so the coupling blocks are in the center of their track when you are sitting on it. If they dont slide back enough, then loosen the rear springs. If they go too far back, tighten the springs. For minor adjustment, you can turn the blocks so the thick parts either faces down or to the rear
