I'm looking at trading my 2002 MXZ fan for a 2002 or 2003 MXZ liquid and was wondering if there would be any negatives. I've never owned a liquid sled during my last 20 years and I'm not sure what to expect. Thanks in advance!

Not really any negatives, unless being a hella of a lot faster is a negative The only thing you really need to be concerned about is getting enough snow up onto the heat exchangers. This is usually not a problem but can be in low snow or icy conditions. Not something you have to worry about with a fan cooled sled.

had the 583, had all the fans, and just sold the 583(which was REAL fast) and bought another fan. what does that say?. for what I do, I am always under 80 mph, and need it light. any liquid will add maybe 40 lbs to mostly the front end. if you want fast, you get heavy, although I have 380's that'll to 80 mph anytime. Your choice.

Thanks for the feedback.
I've never even hit 60 on a smooth road.
How'd you get 80 out of a 380???
