How do you do it? Do you just loosen the cable ont he top of each carb? Sled is a 96 T-cat. Thanks

Idle adjustment hard stop is on the side of the carb. It's the large screw with a spring on it. ITEM 15 below:

And don't forget you have to do all three carbs. I just found out that the flat slides have one adjustment. Sweet.

The cable adjustments that pull the slides on the top of the carb are to ensure that all three carbs will pull equally and completely. That is also where you adjust for throttle free-play. You should adjust throttle freeplay, then idle adjustment.
